Pitney Bowes P/I OfficeMail™

The Pitney Bowes P/I OfficeMail™ software makes it easy and cost-effective to print and mail office documents at a centralized production centre for greater efficiency and intelligent tracking, gain economies of scale and produce a carbon conscious mailpiece.

P/I OfficeMail™ allows enterprise users to create and submit office mail from their desktop to an on-site or off-site centralized production environment via a secure web interface for printing, inserting and delivery.  Print jobs can be created from most Microsoft® Windows® applications with the ability to add personalized messages to customer communications.

When combined with P/I™ Output Enhancement (formerly VDE), users can add barcodes to enable postcode pre-sort for postage savings and improved mail integrity - without costly upstream application changes.  Or integrate with P/I™ Output Manager (formerly VIP) software to enable automated closed-loop reprinting and help meet service level agreement (SLA) performance.

P/I OfficeMail™ software makes it easy and efficient to submit print requests to an in-house print centre or an off-site facility to manage printing, folding, inserting, sorting and optimize postal discounts, all from the desktop using the P/I OfficeMail™ print driver.
