OfficeMail 3.4 Released
Pitney Bowes Emtex are pleased to announce the release of OfficeMail 3.4. This product is all about efficiently sending letters while saving the environment.
OfficeMail:
· Electronically “prints” your letter to the local print shop
· Amalgamates individual letters into “bundles” destined for remote locations
· Transmits the bundles to the destination-nearest print shop, anywhere in the world
· Combines bundles from local and remote locations into sizeable print runs
· Produces print ready files for mono and colour printers, complete with integrity
· Supports electronic overlays/stationery/inserts, allowing “plain paper” printing by print shops
· Contains inbuilt “hooks” for postal barcode addition and mail “sortation” for the destination country
· Incorporates full tracking at every stage, through to destination-local post office delivery
· MUST be better than printing/enveloping/stamping/mailing it around the world (or corner) yourself!
This release builds on the strengths of the product and enhances many operations.
· Secure FTP between OfficeMail servers and (worldwide) Production Centres
· High Compression and Encryption is applied to all file transfers, optimising line usage.
· User customisation of system-generated emails (via Administration Website)
· ANZ eGate pre-payment gateway support
· Multiple (worldwide) Production Sites are now supported
· Windows Printer Driver now supports all Windows versions, 32 and 64 bit
· Multiple reserved areas can be defined within the envelope window
· Increased granularity of available Organisational roles
· Etc., etc.
