How can I achieve this target...?

Sometimes looking at KPIs or modeling financial scenarios just isn't enough. You've got a pre-determined financial target and what you really need to know is how to get there. This is Insight's most powerful feature, and its third level of financial analysis.

 Like to see how easy it is?  Here's a set of accounts, shown by Insight in a traditional format and our standard  Du Pont format. Simply enter 30 in the Profitability field and Insight lists your options for getting Profitability up from 25 to 30%.

Right then and there, you can select a single option or mix several options to achieve the target, then Insight updates your selections into the financial model. All the way through the process, the progress bar shows how you're going.

Whether it's a bank "request" to reduce your overdraft; a board "request" to achieve a Profitability or Return target; or a general requirement to reach a certain level of Cashflow,  it couldn't be easier. 

Rather than model 100s of scenarios till you get the right one, simply enter the result you're aiming for and Insight will list all your financial options for getting there. They're even ranked in order of effectiveness!
